M/s. Precigem is a Partnership Firm which imports Rough Diamonds and exports Cut & Polished Diamonds. It is known for precise grading, fine make and dependable supply. The firm employs directly or indirectly more than 450 people all over India.

Management Brief

Mr. Kaushik M. Mehta had a bright academical career. He joined the diamond trade in 1971, learning the best way there is, actually cutting and polishing diamonds as an apprentice. In 1977 he launched the firm he runs today - M/s. Precigem. Widely travelled Mr. Mehta has visited all the world's major diamond centres and has close business contacts especially in Europe, Japan, U.S.A., Hongkong and Far Eastern countries. He was elected chairman of The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council in December 1989 which post he held till end of 1991. He also participated in `The World Diamond Congress' as leader of Indian Delegation several times.
